At Heart Truths, each meditation is created with care and offered as a digital resource to support moments of reflection, healing and inner calm.

I want you to feel confident when purchasing from Heart Truths, so this policy explains how refunds are handled.

Digital products

As my products are delivered as digital downloads, I am generally unable to offer refunds for purchases made in error or for a change of mind once your purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.

If you experience a technical issue downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact me at info@hearttruths.nz. I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly by providing a new download link or another suitable solution.

If your purchase is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be provided as intended, please get in touch. Where required under New Zealand consumer law, I will provide an appropriate remedy.
