When you’re caught in between.
For something to begin, something must end. For something to end, something must begin.
This cycle is constant — sometimes exciting, sometimes scary and full of heartbreak, sometimes both.
The uncertainty, this change — it is hard to bear and yet, I choose to trust that whatever is coming is serving me. Even when I can’t see it, too caught up in between, hoping, praying, I’ll get through all this and feel lighter than before. That I am guided and protected and never walk alone.
May you find hope in these words and may ease find you.
Endings. Beginnings.
Transitioning.
Leaving the old behind.
Stepping into the new, the unknown.
So much in my life is ending, and new beginnings are in the air: exciting, yet shrouded in darkness, and just out of reach.
I am caught between fear and hope, wrestling with old stories, patterns, and relationships and the stirring of something new inside me. With so much change in my life, I wake up with this tension every day.
Writing about endings and beginnings is my way of holding that space — giving voice to the in-between where I find myself far more often than I’d like.
And still.
I live. Every day.
Making the most of it with what I have available.
Even if that’s not much at all. And yet, that’s more than enough.
Sometimes the way forward isn’t clear. And that’s okay.
Between closing chapters and new horizons, the path can feel uncertain.
What choice did I make then?
What choice would I make now?
I reflect and remember what made me choose.
And as I do, I give myself grace, allowing what was — even just a little part of it — and reclaim a piece of my heart, of myself.
Today, I choose gratitude.
For how far I’ve come and the journey I’ve been on — the endings, beginnings, and all the spaces in between.
For my resilience and strength.
For the blessings — sometimes hidden, disguised in challenges, only seen in hindsight.
Today, I choose gratitude for myself and for moving forward.
Despite and because of it all.
Transitions aren’t always easy, but gratitude helps me find light and presence along the way.
Beginnings are uncomfortably beautiful.
They ask me to trust.
To step into the unknown.
To embrace the uncertainty that comes with growth.
Every new beginning carries a mix of discomfort and hope — a call to courage and curiosity, trust and grace.
What new beginning am I ready to embrace today?
I don’t know. But I am open to finding out.
